Abstract

soffcrm.uz — the internal CRM behind the Soff ecosystem. It manages users, seller accounts, sales pipelines and platform analytics across soff.uz and soffia.uz from one place.

The Problem

A marketplace and an AI platform generate operational chaos — sellers to vet, users to support, money to track, numbers to read. Without one source of truth, every team builds its own half-answer. Every marketplace eventually needs a room where the operators can see everything.

The System

A Django backend over PostgreSQL with Redis, modelling users, sellers and sales pipelines as first-class objects and computing analytics asynchronously. It integrates directly with the marketplace and the AI platform so the operations team sees one coherent picture. Analytics that slow down the thing they measure aren't analytics, they're a tax.

The Decisions

One source of truth for who's who and what's selling. Analytics are computed off the hot path and cached, so the dashboards are fast and the platforms they watch stay unburdened.
